Local Lodge 1930 City Beat News  CITY COUNCIL SET TO VOTE ON NEW M.O.U.5/1/2008The Long Beach City Council is set to vote on the new IAM Local Lodge 1930 M.O.U. They will take action on the new agreement at their next meeting. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 6th at City Hall. City Council action is requested on May 6, 2008 to ensure the timely implementation of the M.O.U. provisions. We are asking as many members as possible to join with us at this very important Council meeting to show our Council Members the actual faces and people that are behind the agreement that they will be voting on. Over 1,000 of you voted to accept this M.O.U. Let City Council know you want their vote to ratify as well!!! SEE YOU ALL THERE ON THE 6TH!!! |
