Local Lodge 1930 City Beat Who Are We?  Our membership is made up of five distinct bargaining units within the City of Long Beach. In total, we represent nearly four-thousand workers in the Skilled & General, Office and Technical, Professional, Refuse, and Protection bargaining units. We are proud to serve our community, and we work hard to bring you the diverse city services that are necessary in order for us to enjoy the quality of life that Long Beach enjoys.
